We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager based in Scandinavia or Northern Europe. We are looking for a candidate with a sales oriented mindset, able to coordinate the sales activities on his territory together with our sales support team and product management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maximizing sales turnover and profitability
  • Covering the Scandinavian territory and explore, identify and catch opportunities in Northern Europe
  • Customer acquisition through visits, telephone, e-mail and industry events
  • Identify and understand end user application needs to offer the best solution
  • Conduct market research and look to uncover potential for future products through on-going visits to customers and potential customers
  • Market mapping and identifying key customers
  • Prepare presentations and other educational documents

 

Your Profile

 

  • Very good communication skills and ability to build up and nurture business relationships.
  • Experience in technical sales in the hydraulics market
  • Readiness to travel regularly (1 – 2 weeks/month)
  • Limited travel to international fairs in Europe
  • Knowledge of Scandinavian OEMs in markets such as agricultural, construction, transport, or industrial machinery is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and challenge your knowledge
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), at least one Scandinavian language, German or any other European language is an asset
